I wanted a basic ROM quick as hell with only what I need my phone for (Make Calls, Email, Calendar now and then take a photo or two and listen to music when I am on the plane)

Most ROMs are all overkill for me, and with the ROM below, and with some settings explained I am getting a Quadrant Score of nothing under 2200 and a battery life of 2.5 to 3 days.

Missing Applications:
Simply download the apk (dirLIST - Index of: home/) you require see spreadsheet and then:
adb push Missing.apk /sdcard/
adb shell
su
remount
mv /sdcard/Missing.apk /system/app/

Install

1. Backup all your data, a CWM backup is nice to have
2. Copy Insanity ROM to internal SD Card
3. Reboot into Recovery Mode
4. Flash insanity via CWM ALL data will be wiped
5. Full Reboot - Wait for phone to start up
6. Reboot into Recovery Mode
7. Install Customizations via CWM - Battery Icon Mods & Apps
8. Reboot
